Physiotherapy includes an assessment of muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints and nerves to determine the appropriate treatment intervention needed. Physiotherapy may include; manual therapy techniques (including uses joint and soft tissue mobilizations, soft tissue releases, stretching and traction), modalities (including Cold Laser Therapy, Ultrasound, TENS, Inferential or Acupuncture), exercise prescription for return to activities of daily living, work or sport.
